Smoke Show

I recently conceptualized and shot the centerfold for Void Magazines February Issue. This wild couple stood for everything but a typical wedding elopement. With the outtakes I designed a lookbook, view the full book in the link below.

129 Miles on Bad Brakes

Sometimes getting lost and having no sense of direction can lead to the most beautiful and inspiring moments. Bellow are the documentations of a weekend that consisted of no maps, no direction, a polaroid camera, pineapples, bad brake pads, bikes, and my handsome man.

A collaboration with Cole LoCurto

Sometimes it's the little things you see every day that inspire you the most. For me, it's simple things that I feel often go unnoticed. Like the way light hits a certain place or object. Or the way everything changes tones and colors at a certain time of day. I set out with my friend and local photographer, Cole LoCurto, to capture some of these every day occurrences that make my heart happy. The results are as follows:

35mm

I recently purchased my first film camera, a 35mm Minolta. Here are a few of my favorite results. More work and much experimenting to come.

Shark tooth collaboration

After graduating collage as an art major, the creative fires that I was once forced to fule every hour of every day had come to a abrupt halt. At first it was a breath of fresh air, but over time it turned into a feeling of loss. I believe as an artist it is crucial to never stop creating. In this instance, I went right back to the place I left, and did what I felt I needed to do. For this project I partnered with my boyfriend Alex Barnes, the artist who hand drew the shark teeth featured in these prints. The drawings were emulsed onto a screen and printed on to different surfaces. The mediums used in these pieces are screen print ink, paper, acrylic paint, dryer sheets, wood and canvas.

Ghost town

There is something about that time of year when summer comes to an end and the beach towns suddenly become a quiet desolate place. Photographer Krystyne Bryan and I wondered the streets of Daytona Beach, FL and discover this feeling of emptiness. Blank walls and desolate places seemed fitting for the film images we were looking to capture. The combination of white walls, empty streets and a glowing hair color created the set Ghost town.
